TWO WIRE SERIAL EEPROM

This EEPROM is a two wire, provides 1024 bits of serial electrically erasable and programmable read only memory (EEPROM) organized as 128 words of 8 bits each. It is accessed via a two-wire serial interface. The data flow is bidirectional. This 1K serial EEPROM is internally organized with 32 pages of 4-bytes each. The 1K requires a 7-bit data word address for random word addressing. Access to one additional page is available upon request. It supports two different modes of write operation such as byte write and page write modes. It supports two different modes of read operation such as byte read and sequential read. Also supports random read operation.
